		<description>We do not stock Berkshire pork ribs, but we do have a nice selection of pork ribs that are both tender and meaty baby back ribs, as well as spare ribs, St. Louis style ribs, and country style ribs. All of these are sold fresh in our store. We also sell these items with a dry rub on them or already marinating in a wet marinade. We also sell these items fully smoked and ready to eat and serve them hot off the smoker on the weekends.</description>

		<description>We ordered one of your packages last week in addition to a few other cuts of meat for our first order - it won&#039;t be our last!  We made several pork loins and a beautiful London broil this week for guests and were blown away!  All the meat had the best flavor and texture.  Everyone is still asking us what our secret to cooking was.  Truth be told, we did nothing different than usual - it was all in the quality of the meat.  Thank you for a wonderful introduction to your store.</description>
