Lynette, thank you so much for taking the time to let everyone know how successful your dinner party was and we feel honored to be a part of it. Hats off to the chef (you) as all we did was provide top quality food. You did all the hard work! Thanks for the feedback and we look forward to seeing you soon.

I called a couple of weeks ago for help in hosting a sit down dinner for 22 people. I wanted to make a prime rib and cedar planked grilled salmon. You guys were fantastic in helping me with a 19.7 lb. standing rib roast that was amazing as well as an entire Scottish salmon. My dinner party was a huge success and I couldn't have done it without you! The beef was tender and low in fat for a prime rib. The Scottish salmon was melt in your mouth! THANK YOU SO MUCH! You picked up a number of new customers over this dinner.

“The BEST Valentine's Day Dinner Ever: The Romeo and Juliet Special from The Butcher's Market (Prime Filet + lobster tail), Francis Coppola Blue Label Merlot wine, a spinach salad lovingly prepared by my husband with TEXAS TOAST croutons (OMG), and our son playing "Sweet Child of Mine" on the violin. Oh, and the chocolate covered strawberries were a wonderful ending!”
