  1. I called a couple of weeks ago for help in hosting a sit down dinner for 22 people. I wanted to make a prime rib and cedar planked grilled salmon. You guys were fantastic in helping me with a 19.7 lb. standing rib roast that was amazing as well as an entire Scottish salmon. My dinner party was a huge success and I couldn’t have done it without you! The beef was tender and low in fat for a prime rib. The Scottish salmon was melt in your mouth! THANK YOU SO MUCH! You picked up a number of new customers over this dinner.

    1. Lynette, thank you so much for taking the time to let everyone know how successful your dinner party was and we feel honored to be a part of it. Hats off to the chef (you) as all we did was provide top quality food. You did all the hard work! Thanks for the feedback and we look forward to seeing you soon.

  2. “The BEST Valentine’s Day Dinner Ever: The Romeo and Juliet Special from The Butcher’s Market (Prime Filet + lobster tail), Francis Coppola Blue Label Merlot wine, a spinach salad lovingly prepared by my husband with TEXAS TOAST croutons (OMG), and our son playing “Sweet Child of Mine” on the violin. Oh, and the chocolate covered strawberries were a wonderful ending!”

    1. We do not stock Berkshire pork ribs, but we do have a nice selection of pork ribs that are both tender and meaty baby back ribs, as well as spare ribs, St. Louis style ribs, and country style ribs. All of these are sold fresh in our store. We also sell these items with a dry rub on them or already marinating in a wet marinade. We also sell these items fully smoked and ready to eat and serve them hot off the smoker on the weekends.

  3. We ordered one of your packages last week in addition to a few other cuts of meat for our first order – it won’t be our last! We made several pork loins and a beautiful London broil this week for guests and were blown away! All the meat had the best flavor and texture. Everyone is still asking us what our secret to cooking was. Truth be told, we did nothing different than usual – it was all in the quality of the meat. Thank you for a wonderful introduction to your store.

  4. I am (attempting) making country-fried steak for my dad’s birthday party this weekend. Not sure what kinds of steak to use. What do you recommend that you carry at your store?

  5. Enjoyed the great steaks at the cigar night at the clubhouse last month. Tell me what you have in the way of lobster and lobster tails?

  6. I got two whole beef tenderloins from you for Christmas Eve dinner. I can’t tell you how everyone raved about it. You could cut the meat with a fork. Everything we have purchased from you over the past year has been top-grade and wonderful. Amazingly, your prices are reasonable (in line with Publix), but the quality is far superior. I am a fan and a very happy customer. Love it that you are just across the street from my subdivision.

  7. I’m looking for an approximately 16 to 18 lb bone in prime rib roast in USDA Prime for a holiday party in a couple weeks. Is this something I could get from you? And do you dry age meat?

    1. We do stock both a bone in and a boneless prime rib roast. The bone in prime rib roast is also commonly referred to as a standing rib roast because it is most often roasted in a standing position, that is, with the ribs stacked vertically in an upright or standing position. This roast is available from two to seven bones, and we stock this in both USDA Choice and USDA Prime. Additionally, we do offer dry aged beef in a variety of cuts including bone in and boneless Ribeye, T-bone and Porterhouse, NY Strip and Tenderloin (Filet Mignon).

  8. The cowboy rib eyes made a trip to the mountains a trip to remember! Also, We have cooked the beef ribs, chicken and baby backs and have loved every ounce of them! The cooking advice at the Butchers Market should be on the Food Network!

  9. My family and I have purchased many types of meats and have been VERY pleased with all of them. The loaded twice baked potatoes are great! I am so glad we live right around the corner.

    1. We carry shrimp in a jumbo size 8-12 per pound with shell on, large size 21-25 per pound shell on, and large cocktail size 26-30 per pound that is cooked, peeled and deveined with the tail on. We also sell steamed shrimp with the shell on and flavored with Old Bay Seasoning. Additionally, we sell shrimp on skewers to be cooked on a barbecue grill.

  10. I am looking for a whole pig for a pig roast…Can you get one and how much would it be if I wanted a 50# pig.

  11. I’m a loyal customer since your first week. I LOVE your Shrimp, mainly because it’s USA/Gulf Coast Shrimp. Instead of from who knows where. I had forgotten how good “real” shrimp tasted. As a consumer trying to buy American are all of your fish local (meaning USA) and what about the beef? Thanks

  12. Thank you for making my dinner party a wonderful, gourmet success!! The tilapia fillets were perfectly sized at 6 oz each and they were fresh and delicious. Thank you for your suggestion to stuff them with crabmeat and next time I will let you do that for me. The almond, lemon, butter sauce was delightful. Your courtesy and service is outstanding and it is a true joy to purchase our seafood and chicken at your store. Thank you again and I will see you soon, Sally Logan

  13. We are thrilled you are just around the corner from us! You have a great selection and everything we have tried has been fantastic. Thank you for giving us cooking and grilling tips as well!
(I especially love your chicken salad and twice baked potatoes)

    1. We sell beef skirt steak and offer it fresh cut as well as marinated in a pineapple, soy, cilantro mix that is very tender and popular for grilling or fajita recipes.

  14. I want to make a Santa Maria Tri-Tip Roast but cannot find a cut in the grocery stores. Do you carry the cut?

  15. If I want to get about 30 pieces of Ribeye steak, what is the most economical way to do it and how much do you charge per pound?

    1. We will be happy to cut you 30 Ribeye steaks in whatever size and thickness you prefer. The best value is to purchase a whole loin and we will cut to order for you. The price is $9.99/lb which is $2.00 off the regular price. We can cut these while you wait or you can call ahead to (770) BUTCHER or (770) 288-2437 and we will have your order ready for pick-up at your convenience.

  16. Stopped in for lunch today and picked up some great looking steaks. I tried the flank steak with spinach and feta tonight on the grill. I don’t usually use this word but, it was AWESOME!!
I will be back…Thanks for the recommendation.

  17. We enjoyed a couple of your USDA prime ribeyes the other day and they were very tasty. Do you sell boneless prime rib roast, and if so, how much for a) a prime cut; b) a choice cut?

    Thank you.
