Can I return my order?

Since our products are perishable, we don’t accept returns. But don’t worry; if something’s not right, you may still be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please don’t send anything back, as we can’t accept or refund unauthorized returns.

Can I get a refund or replacement?

We stand behind everything we sell here at Butcher’s Market. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can take care of it. Whether that means a refund, replacement, or another solution, we’ll work with you to make things right.

Are there any restrictions?

A few important notes:

Refunds are always issued back to the original form of payment.

Refunds and replacements apply only to purchases made directly on butchersmarket.com.

We can’t issue refunds or replacements if:

  • The address provided was incomplete, invalid, or incorrect.
  • Weather or other natural events delayed delivery.
  • Products weren’t stored properly after arrival.
  • A package was refused or returned to us without authorization.
Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, reach out as soon as possible-we’ll always do our best to help. If your request comes in with too short of notice, your order may already be packed or shipped, and at that point we’re not able to cancel it. 

Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed, we will do our best to add or remove items. In some cases, we’ll need to cancel the original order and have you place a new one. That said, reach out to us right away—we’ll gladly see what we can do to help.
