Servings: 6–8 sliders
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
For the Sliders:
1 lb American Wagyu ground beef
Salt and black pepper to taste
6–8 slider buns
6–8 slices of cheese (American, cheddar, or your choice)
Butter for toasting buns
Optional Toppings:
Sliced pickles
Caramelized onions
Ketchup or aioli
Instructions
Form the patties:
Divide the Wagyu ground beef into 6–8 small balls (about 2 oz each). Press gently into thick patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Cook:
Heat a griddle or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula for that classic sear. Top with cheese during the last minute of cooking.
Toast the buns:
Spread butter on the cut sides of the buns and toast on the same skillet until golden brown.
Assemble:
Place each patty on a bun and top with your choice of pickles, onions, and condiments. Serve warm.
