Ingredients


For the Steak Bites:
1 package Wagyu cubes or filet pieces (cut into 1-inch cubes)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

For the Mashed Potatoes:
2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 tbsp butter
½ cup milk (or cream for richer texture)
Salt to taste

Instructions


Make the mashed potatoes:
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with butter and milk until smooth. Season with salt and keep warm.

Cook the steak bites:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the Wagyu cubes in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Add butter and garlic; toss to coat. Cook another minute, then sprinkle with parsley.

Serve:
 Spoon mashed potatoes onto a plate and top with steak bites. Drizzle with the garlic butter from the pan.
