Ingredients


For the Beef:
1 lb American Wagyu ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Tacos:
8 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
½ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup shredded lettuce
½ cup sour cream or crema

Instructions


Cook the beef:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add Wagyu ground beef and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess fat. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat evenly.

Warm the tortillas:
Heat tortillas on a skillet or directly over a gas flame for a few seconds per side until soft and slightly charred.

Assemble:
Fill each tortilla with seasoned beef, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream.

Serve:
Serve warm with optional lime wedges or mild salsa for extra flavor.
